How Legacy Workforce Solutions communicates with you via text message
Program Description
Legacy Workforce Solutions uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with job candidates, placed workers, and client contacts as part of our staffing and workforce management services. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your employment, job search, or business relationship with Legacy Workforce Solutions.
Types of Messages
You may receive the following types of text messages:
- Shift Scheduling — Notifications about upcoming shifts, location details, dress code, and check-in instructions
- Shift Confirmations — Requests to confirm your availability for scheduled shifts
- Emergency Fill Requests — Urgent notifications when shifts need to be filled on short notice
- Interview Reminders — Date, time, and location details for scheduled interviews
- Onboarding — Account setup links and instructions for completing employment paperwork
- Availability Check-ins — Weekly messages asking about your availability for upcoming work
- Satisfaction Surveys — Brief surveys to help us improve our services
- Job Opportunities — Notifications about new positions matching your skills (text-to-hire program)
How You Consent
You consent to receive SMS messages from Legacy Workforce Solutions by:
- Texting APPLY to our phone number to begin the candidate registration process
- Completing onboarding paperwork that includes SMS communication consent during the hiring process at app.legacyworksal.com
- Opting in via our SMS Opt-In page
- Being added as a client contact by an authorized representative of your company

Example Opt-In

The first message always discloses program terms, message frequency, data rates, and opt-out instructions.
Message Frequency
Active workers: Approximately 2–5 messages per week during active placements.
Job candidates: 1–3 messages during the onboarding process.
Client contacts: Occasional operational notifications as needed.
Costs
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Legacy Workforce Solutions does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging fees.
How to Opt Out
To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply:
STOPYou will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.
After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by texting APPLY to our number or by visiting our SMS Opt-In page.
