How Legacy Workforce Solutions communicates with you via text message

Program Description

Legacy Workforce Solutions uses SMS (text messaging) to communicate with job candidates, placed workers, and client contacts as part of our staffing and workforce management services. By opting in, you agree to receive text messages related to your employment, job search, or business relationship with Legacy Workforce Solutions.

The first message always discloses program terms, message frequency, data rates, and opt-out instructions.

Message Frequency

Active workers: Approximately 2–5 messages per week during active placements.
Job candidates: 1–3 messages during the onboarding process.
Client contacts: Occasional operational notifications as needed.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Legacy Workforce Solutions does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may charge standard messaging fees.

How to Opt Out

To stop receiving text messages at any time, reply:

STOP

You will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

After opting out, you may opt back in at any time by texting APPLY to our number or by visiting our SMS Opt-In page.

Supported Carriers

Messages are supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, and most regional carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
